Loveyourz Return & Exchange Policy
At Loveyourz, every piece is crafted with care to ensure you feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable. We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we are happy to assist within fair and reasonable limits that help us maintain the Quality of our Hair.
1. Logging a Return
If you would like to return your item, please log your return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You can do this by emailing support@loveyourz.co.za or sending a WhatsApp message to our customer service team (063 193 3454).
All returns must be:
* Unworn with products apply to the hair
* In original packaging with all tags intact
* Free from perfume, hair products, or any signs of wear
2. Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose between:
* A refund (excluding delivery fees)
* A store credit for the full item amount
Refunds and credits will only be processed once the item passes our quality inspection.
3. Late Return Requests
Returns logged after 48 hours of receiving your order will no longer qualify for a refund.
However, they may be considered for an exchange, subject to a R200 restocking and handling fee.
This helps us cover the cost of quality checks, repackaging, and restocking to maintain our high standards.
4. Occasion Wear and Worn Items
Due to the nature of our hair, items that appear to have been worn for an event will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
5. Why We Have This Policy
Our short return window is designed to protect the quality and exclusivity of Loveyourz Hair.
We want every customer to receive the Hair in its original, untouched condition.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the standard that makes Loveyourz special.
